Jake answered my subsequent phone calls and e-mails regarding my questions/ concerns with the estimate. He was always honest, helpful and non judgmental every time I spoke with him. 4. They were able to schedule me within a week. I understand not everyone has that kind of time to wait, but trust me they're worth it. 4. Jake and son showed up on time, did a high quality job quickly and left no mess. They walked me through every step of the process and answered any random question I had regarding the job. 5. Jake & Son was simply amazing. I called him 3 days before Christmas to see if it was an option to get a hole repaired in my ceiling from water... read more damage. Not only did they show up not even 24 hours after I called, they were punctual & quiet (because it was 730 am) & they were also cleanly and friendly as well. They touched a few areas that wasn't apart of the repair simply because Mr. Jake didn't want to leave it damaged. Ive already inquired about other work, because of how I was treated.
